The homes at Patrijsstraat 2 to 10 do not have private parking spaces; residents of these homes can make use of public street parking.

Are there any registration fees?

No, responding to a rental listing in this project is free of charge. There are no administration, brokerage or other fees involved. If you decide to rent a home, you will need to pay the first rental period and the security deposit in advance before receiving the keys.
